Louisenthal pioneered the secure window concept, introducing a transparent window embedded in banknote paper that allows users to verify authenticity from both sides of the note. This encourages the public to check both sides, making authentication easier and more intuitive.
Design integration:
The varifeye® windows can be combined with foils featuring multiple metallic effects, creating a unique appearance that users can recognize instantly. The window reveals underlying security elements such as holograms, micromirrors, 3D elements, or other designs that can change size or shape depending on the viewing angle.
Two main formats:
