Submitting or Updating a Company

The directory accepts public submissions for new companies. To propose a new listing:
- Go to
/directory/submit/(or click Submit a company from the directory page) - Fill in the company details — name, website, country, contact email, and a short description
- Pick the categories you believe the company belongs in
- Submit the form
You will be taken to a confirmation page when the submission is accepted.
Requesting an Update
If you spot something out-of-date on an existing company profile (a moved office, a defunct website, a missing category), open the company profile and use the Request update link to file a change request.
What Happens Next
- Each submission is reviewed by the DataVault editorial team
- A simple email-domain check runs on submission to flag entries where the submitter’s email domain does not match the company website — this is informational, not a block
- Approved submissions are added to (or updated in) the public directory
- If your submission is rejected you will not normally be contacted, but the editorial team may reach out for clarification on borderline cases
Who Can Submit
The submission and update-request forms are publicly accessible — no DataVault account is required. This deliberately keeps the directory open to industry contributions.
